We are thrilled to announce that our President, Michael Wrinch, has been appointed as the President of Engineers Canada for the 2024-2025 term! With over 20 years of experience leading Hedgehog Technologies, an electro-mechanical engineering consulting firm, Michael has established himself as a seasoned leader in the engineering community.
Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in energy delivery and safety-critical systems, having designed innovative projects such as rail systems, roller coasters, and electric submarines. His extensive experience and commitment to the engineering community have prepared him well for this new role.
As President of Engineers Canada, Michael will work with the Engineers Canada Board and engineering regulators to advance Canadian engineering through national collaboration. We are proud to see Michael take on this new challenge and are confident that his leadership will make a positive impact on the engineering community.
