During COVID-19, the engineering community was placed in a critical position to adapt to the new normal. Dr. Michael Wrinch sat down with Innovation Magazine to discuss how Hedgehog Tech has adapted to serving clients while maintaining a safe working environment.
“We can send a client a program we developed,” said Wrinch, “where they can walk around with a checklist, take photos and write in the information, press send and it comes to us in a Word document. We can then determine whether that is acceptable or go back on site and finish the inspection.”
The pandemic forced businesses to become agile in their continued operations. By having sound office and client policies in place, Hedgehog has managed to pivot from reactionary measures towards more forward-thinking decisions that will support future growth during these uncertain times. These steps are designed to minimize risk and overall streamline client deliverables and interactions with safety at the forefront.
